With two superb systems to choose from, TRACKER not only provides you with complete peace of mind, but is supported by numerous insurance companies who frequently offer a discount on insurance premiums.

TRACKER Monitor

TRACKER Monitor operates using TRACKER's proven Very High Frequency (VHF) technology. In the event of theft where the vehicle is moved without the ignition turned on, the motion sensor will alert TRACKER who will in turn notify you. On confirmation of the theft and receipt of your police crime reference number, TRACKER will activate the unit, which will begin to emit a silent signal allowing the police to track the vehicle to its exact location.

TRACKER Locate

TRACKER Locate has all the functionality of TRACKER Monitor with the added benefit of Global Positioning System (GPS). The benefit of this dual technology allows:

• GPS positioning information to location the vehicle on computer based maps.
• Information on the vehicle's location and direction to be relayed to the appropriate police force.
• Should the vehicle at any time lose the GPS positioning, then TRACKER's proven Very High Frequency technology will be used by the police to track the stolen vehicle to its exact location, even if it's hidden in a container or underground car park.

Once the vehicle is located, TRACKER will arrange for a uniformed guard to stay with the vehicle until the recovery company arrive to pick it up and return it to you. This service is available to TRACKER Monitor and TRACKER Locate.

A Jaguar Oil Service is carried out by Jaguar Approved Technicians, in accordance with strict guidelines. Our technicians use oil specifically formulated to help maximise the performance of your S-TYPE over the lifetime of its engine.

- Oil Service. Your current oil is drained, the engine is flushed, then replenished with the correct grade of oil for your Jaguar and fitted with a genuine Jaguar oil filter.

- Electronic Vehicle Health Check. An extensive vehicle check covering key safety and maintenance items is completed.

- Oil Kit. A complimentary top-up kit of gloves and Jaguar recommended oil is provided to help you maintain the correct level between services.

A regular oil service is important to the maintenance of your car because oil keeps moving parts cool and friction-free under extremely demanding conditions. It also transports microscopic debris away from the engine, which is captured by the oil filter. Both activities reduce wear and lower the risk of mechanical failure, extending engine life.

The Jaguar Approved Technicians at your local Approved Service centre undertake thorough, ongoing training at the Jaguar Technical Academy. We test them regularly in all the latest products and techniques and certify them every three years.
