Watford Jaguar Support NSPCC Charity Golf Day
The Charity Golf Day saw 15 teams of local business men take part in an 18 hole round of golf on the stunning Grove Championship golf course, followed by a three-course gala dinner in the Ivory Room of this luxury five star hotel. The evening concluded with a live auction, some of the items being a 4-Ball at the Grove, Champneys Luxury Day passes, tickets for a West End Show & Hotel accommodation and a Golf Shirt signed by top golfer Lee Westwood, which Watford Jaguar were happy to donate, fetching a staggering ?750. Total Auction items raised over £12,500, and this in addition to monies raised from the Golf Event will go towards the NSPCC’s helplines: ChildLine, the UK’s free confidential 24-hour helpline for children and the NSPCC Helpline, for adults concerned about a child .
All who attended thorough enjoyed the event and were delighted to support such a worthwhile cause.
